Realty 1 IPG has been serving the Jeffrey Bay community with all their property needs since 1986.

Hennie & Rose took over the reins in January 2003 and have since established the business for their own account and have achieved various awards within the franchise, such as Franchisee of the year, Top Ten Achiever, Top Achiever Turnover and Units.

The recession has made us even more alert to our customer service and the importance of transparency with our client and our associates. Known as the blue team, we boast with more than 75 years of combined property experience. We specialise in all aspects of property, namely, rentals, residential, agricultural and commercial sales. We also do property valuations and give advice on all aspects of property. Most of our agents comply to the new qualifications relating to estate agents or are in the process thereof. We are proud to mention that Principal, Hennie Griezel was awarded with the Certificate of Professional Recognition as a Professional Principal Estate agent by the Estate Agency Board.

Besides all the credentials we can throw out there, the bottom line is our business is about individual people and we try to treat them accordingly – each to their own needs and personalities. Our office has always been an open and relaxed setting. The staff at Realty 1 are more like a family than colleagues, our service professional and we go that extra mile.

We have become good friends with many of our clients including those that have come from Germany, the Netherlands etc who have embraced J/Bay as their new home. Rose is fluent in German and Hennie also holds his own. He also speaks his own dialect of Dutch which works (all our Dutch clients always seem to know what he is talking about).
